Software Updates

We use Sparkle to provide our software update. It automatically sends the IP address and OS version to an AWS CloudFront server that does not retain the information except for use in fraud detection.

All of your data stays solely on your Mac and is not transmitted to first-, second-, or third-parties.

We encourage you to review the documentation and try the software prior to making your purchase to ensure that the software meets your requirements.

Totally Not Malicious Software LLC reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

If you are not satisfied with software purchased through our website (add link), please contact support by email to request a refund. Refunds may be issued up to 30 days after a purchase. After the initial 30 days have expired, refunds will only be issued in the case of fraudulent transactions.
